Vehicle
interiors and upholstery are repaired using the latest techniques
and processes. Cloth, Velour, Leather, Vinyl and Plastic can be
invisibly repaired using a mixing process similar to that for paintwork.
Damage associated with in-car telephone fitting, dashboard damage
as a result of theft, cigarette burns, tears and all other such
scuffs and damage can all be repaired, professionally.
Seat & Carpet Repair Service
L V V Services offer a fully mobile vehicle repair
service; we are based in Bridgend, South Wales and cover an area
from Newport to Swansea along the M4 corridor and the surrounding
area.
Seat Repairs (Cloth/Velour/Suede) & Carpet Repairs
This type of repair is especially useful if you
own a lease, contract-hire or Motability Vehicle as damage of this
nature is not classed as fair wear & tear.
If you have ever had to replace a seat cover you will already know
that this is expensive, often in excess of £150 including
labour.
That is where we come in at a fraction of the cost
we can repair this type of damage to a satisfactory RAC type inspection
standard. We warranty this type of repair for 3 months.
This type of repair does have some limitations
however and generally we will only repair 3 or 4 burns per seat
maximum and some fabrics and patterns are not suitable for repair.
Seat Repairs (leather)
We can repair or restore leather seats as well,
usually to an invisible standard. Typical damage is discolouration
due to excessive cleaning or use of wrong cleaning materials, this
usually requires the seat to be re-coloured back to original to
return your vehicle to its former glory. We will not usually re-colour
leather if this process has been done previously.
We can also carry out some minor repairs to leather
such as scratches or small tears.
